Edit: Slaves feels more unnerving than Triple Trouble, which takes more of an intense feeling.
The victims in Slaves also look somewhat more malicious than the Triple Trouble victims.

Lord X treats everyone lesser than him and isn't as serious and more playful, he doesn't know when to stop, Xenophanes knows how to get more serious.
They have the same amount of power but Xenophanes knows how to use it better, even so, none of them would be able to kill each other, so it's a draw.
But Xeno has anger issues proven right in the game where he becomes more crystallized, Although you’re right lord X can corrupt any file since he talked to the player many many times. But if we are talking about games like regular sonic.exe then they might just shake hands in a draw
But lord X can kill xeno although because if lord X dies he can be recreated since he is made of stardust and void, Xeno can’t end the universe’s creation
