Started my day off with this video. What spectacular drone work to enable us earthbounders to see the Frazer Canyon from such a view point. Thanks Tony

The usual accolades for this video. Beyond great is what I call this one. Lots going on with the crew change. Out bound crew has a trainee conductor (not a young guy either), the color of the video really pops (makes you think that u are on the ground in North Bend, the inbound hogger couldn't wait to get the smoke into his mouth(reminded me of myself) and the aerial shot leaving North Bend was awesome. I was able to pick out my buddy's property just north of the old station. It provided me a look at his garden. The footage of RMR rolling into Boston Bar (aka The Ditch) was superb!

@@dougberry1011 the RMR was given instructions to take it slow because there was a train in front of them that was doing a crew change so there was no point in them coming into the area quickly.

Thank you Tony for sharing and your efforts in making the video. I love the static periods with the drone where the train moves through (North Bend) the field of view; well done. If that CN intermodal was 12/13 K feet long the crew doing the roll by has to have patience and be alert for that time; necessity of course 🙂
Love the RM wb on the Ashcroft sub, with the drone one would never see that part of the canyon. I know some enthusiasts have climbed down the south side of the bridge and taken pictures as a train emerges from the tunnel. The drone is sure an asset to show off that which can't be seen from the road.
Was that our friend with you at roadside where you were filming from?
Thanks again and I look forward to the next video.

Hi Tony, just a quick question, you mentioned the white light flashing indicating a clear signal so they wouldn't have to block the crossing, had the signal been red up ahead, would that light be a solid white, or not on at all? And thank you for the work and time you put into making these videos for us to watch, please keep up the great work. Thank you dear brother.

@@Docnty you’re very welcome yes, that lunar signal would be solid white If the main one at the end of the yard was a red signal and the lunar signal only lights up if a train is in the block.

So the Kamloops crews for both RR’s have their respective sleeping quarters on each side of the river and cross over to head back unlike the old days when they didn’t share trackage.
