It is what we call in Italy cream for cooking. It is thicker than whipping cream .You can also easily use vegan cream.

Ich verstehe den Zusammenhang nicht. Wenn da kein Fleisch drin ist, wieso wird das erwähnt??? Das eine ist Fleisch, dann schmeckt es halt nach Fleisch, das andere ist kein Fleisch und schmeckt nicht nach Fleisch??? Ich finde den Zusammenhang nicht!

@@bubububububububu4831Ma dai non c'è molto olio, giusto un pochino per cuocere le verdure. Molto peggio il formaggio e la panna.
Va be non ha detto che è una ricetta per dimagrire. "Senza carne" non per la quantita di calorie ma per chi non vuole mangiare gli animali.
