    I saw a lot of synth courses on you tube in the last years, also Model D. But your video really stands out! It is the first time I really understand what is happening on a (simple) synth like this, because of your clear and to the point explanation. Really great, I am enjoying it very much, it opens up the model D for me, your video shows how versatile this synth is.

    a nice cheap overdrive that plays well with the model d is the tc electronics mojo mojo
    its great for bass patches as it doesnt kill the low end like a lot of od/distortion/fuzz pedals do

      Thanks !! This was the Pilot let's say. Just to see if people likes this types of videos. And the response was good. So yeah you will see more like this with Model D, K-2, MS-20, DeepMind, MonoPoly and so on. Even planning combination like Neutron with crave and thig s like that.

    Awesome! I'm a guitar player that just ordered this. Going to learn a lot from this vid I think. Do you connect the guitar pedals after te synth (not some kind of fx loop?). High or low output?

  • @CarlitoProductions
    @CarlitoProductions Před 4 měsíci

    Hi, thank you for the video! Just a quick question: which output should you connect effects pedals into the model d? I haven't found any info on that and I'm looking into buying one as my first synth + a delay pedal

    Thanks a lot for the interesting practical examples possible with the model D. I would like to know which software you use to show the waveforms of the sound you create, I mean the oscillograph that appears in the left corner at the bottom of the screen. Thanks in advance and greetings from Germany

    • @XNBeatsMusic
      @XNBeatsMusic Před rokem

      Hey !!! Thanks for the comment. Sure, It's bitwig !!! All the sounds go trough the DAW. So I record multiple screens and then do the edit. If you are planning to do something like this, make sure you have time, screens, space and .....time. Hahaha, I've been doing this for years so is business as usual for me, but it's tuff, be ready, and spend that money if you need something, don't try to go cheap, tripods, lights, camera...cheaper you go, cheaper the result. Oh and grettings from Argentina, maybe we'll meet again this World cup. I would love to win a champ against you.

      @@XNBeatsMusic Hi, in the end I feared that you will such an answer. Being a non-Nerd at the moment my naive thinking really was to somehow link it to the software and then the software would show it to me. So thanks to your answer I definitely will bette not proceed in this respect.
