    🚄 INFORMATION KEY
    Train Numbers - e.g. 43032 or 800110 - These are train numbers which are specific to that train. No trains can be numbered the same. Locos are 5 digit numbers where the first two numbers are the class of train e.g. 67010 would be a class 67. Multiple Units are 6 digit numbers where the first three numbers are the class of train e.g. 390154 would be a class 390. Click Here to learn more
    ➤ en.wikipedia.o...
    Headcodes - e.g. 1F32 or 5M00 - These are used by the railway signallers to determine where trains are on the network. Every train within a region has a specific four code ID. Click Here to learn more
    ➤ en.wikipedia.o...
    Set Number - e.g. WB64 or NL04 - These are semi-permanent loco hauled coach formations which are kept together for formalities. The first two letters usually indicate the maintenance depot responsible e.g. OC is Old Oak Common, LA is Laira. The number indicates the rake number.

    Wow, incredible mixed variety you saw at Church Fenton. Odd to see fast trains stopping at Church Fenton for a danger signal. But, why did they switch to the slow lines. The 37's would swap for either British India Line no. 35018 or LMS Jubilee no. 45562 (45699) York to Scarborough. A few questions I would like to ask if its okay with you?
    1. Which camcorder do you use?
    2. Which editing software do you use?

    • @StarlifeStudios
      @StarlifeStudios  Před 2 lety +3

      Thanks Ricky, I knew this one would be right up your street! I won't lie, I took my inspiration from you! Towards the end of my visit, the fast lines were blocked due to some engineering work hence the trains stopping on the fast lines. To answer your questions; I use a Panasonic HC-VX1 and Cyberlink PowerDirector/Adobe After Effects. Thanks 😃

    Why does Deutsche Bahn run freight in the UK ?

    • @StarlifeStudios
      @StarlifeStudios  Před 2 lety +1

      DB took over EWS operations in 2007. When the UK rail network was privatised in 1995, EWS was actually the largest freight operator. Thanks Ben 😃

      @@yorkshiretrains they will, they are going to electricity the whole north transpennine route between manchester and york via Huddersfield, starting with this part of the line. I’m not sure when the other parts will be completed by though. I think they’re going to start work on Huddersfield in 2023 last time I recall
      Edit: I am mistaken, they are only going to electrify from york to church Fenton, Manchester to stalybridge, Huddersfield to dewsbury. They haven’t announced anything regarding further than that
