I remember watching highlights of the Bulls from the 90s in the early 2000s. Even then what Rodman was doing blew my mind. He was just who he was. Unapologetically, unflinchingly and unashamedly being who HE was. Even today, at 30, about to be 31, I wish I had half the heart he did. Once he let himself out, he never gave up on himself and never let anyone talk him out of being who he was

After watching Giannis' steal and dunk at 5:50 at super slow speed, it seemed to me that not only did Giannis travel but he did it twice! First he grabs the ball and then takes two steps then he dribbles the ball and takes 3 steps. At lease that's the way it looked to me in slo-mo.

the first one is 4 steps the second one is also 4 steps than he jumps and dunks
catches, lands, and takes one step, then he starts dribbling so his steps don't count (he takes one more before the ball leaves his hand but his hand was above the ball pushing it down so that doesn't count as a step). Then, at the end, he uses the gather to get an extra legal step, cutting the count to 2 on the last one, then he jumps with one leg to dunk it. It's pushing the rules to the edge, but it's legal.
