very dangerous in certain small areas. but most of the downtown area is usually ok. I wouldn't advise exploring too much without researching first. the dangers of this city can easily be found on Google. there are so many interesting things to do and delicious places to eat. just gotta be aware of a few things
Don’t walk around at night. Lock your car doors and don’t leave anything visible. Pray that one of the stray bullets don’t hit you in your sleep. And no, those aren’t fireworks.
