Sure there will be a lot of comments saying it's not a proper e-mtb, hub drive, lol... etc. And yeah, it's not a mid-drive full suspension monster. But it's nice to see a cheaper, more afforable option reviewed. For gravel tracks, fire roads and chilled out riding, I'm sure it's fine.
Hi Daniel, yeah I think you are probably right. This bike certainly isn’t trying to be on the podium at RedBull Rampage. It’s for someone who wants to get in to the outdoors and give it a try. 👍🏻

Hello, just wondering whether you ever had problems with the assist not kicking back in once you go over the cut off speed. For example you might have done 30mph downhill and then you want the assist back as soon as you drop back under the 15.5mph limit. Thanks.
Hi, good question. No I haven’t had any problems with the motor assist. It seems to kick in pretty quickly once it drops down below the limit. The ability to adjust the power of assist is also really useful for this. It’s been really reliable 👍🏻👍🏻
@@bikeandbeyond That's pleasing to hear, i am using a chinese conversion kit where it has problems trying to kick back in sometimes and it's annoying when i really need it!
I’m 5ft 10” would this be suitable or would I be better with the 29 version.
It will really depend on what you are looking to ride it on. I am the same height and found it really comfortable on a trail like this. If you are looking to ride more off road trails then perhaps a 29er would be a better option. I am currently riding their Tiger 29er ebike. It is great fun!

This was at a small centre called Rother Valley Country Park.
I appreciate giving the bike a try. But this is not a proper EMTB. Its far from ideal for riding trails especially with a hub motor
