      @@annabanna666 I spearfish and hunt. I don’t spearfish with scuba gear on because there is no challenge to it. Hunting with a gun is a lot harder than you think and there is protocol to that too. If you hunting there should be a fair chance to all. Otherwise buy yourself an xbox set it to beginner and play all day long

    In south africa we are not allowed to dive with scuba gear to catch these guys. Snorkel only.

      Haha John Darius Delos Reyes they are Lobsters. Specifically Western Rock Lobsters, but most Australians call them Crayfish unlike the States where the term's designated for the freshwater shellfish you're familiar with :)

      Yep, more specifically the spiny rock lobster, they're all over nz, but we call them Crayfish in NZ, lobsters to me are the ones with big claws

    Your crayfish looks very docile and slow compared to Jasus Lalandii (Western cape rock lobster) that we get here around Cape Town, Its also clear that your resources are managed wat better than here in South Africa where we have to compete with poachers and corrupt government officials.

    Those are lobsters. Crayfish or crawdads are fresh water and a lot smaller. WIKI: "Crayfish, also known as crawfish, crawdads, freshwater lobsters, mountain lobsters, mudbugs, or yabbies are freshwater crustaceans resembling small lobsters "
