You know what they say... Swipe right for murder. Okay seriously though, this stuff happens way too often. Guys, if you use dating apps, please never ever go home with someone on a first date. That's an immediate red flag. Keep going out with them and get to know each other better first. Get a friend to subtly follow behind you and your date if need be. I hope Grace is resting peacefully, she didn't deserve that at all. I'm glad Jesse got caught. Stay safe everyone
I remember this story from the news... As a New Zealander stuff like this doesn't often happen in my country so it's always a shock when it comes up. I hope her family is doing well.
What's worse is that such things happen every day in Turkey. And men who kill young women and girls always offer the same excuse: She committed suicide. And they don't get punished.
This is why I never trust Tinder. There have been so many incidents like this. Just because you have talked to someone for 2 weeks ONLINE doesn’t mean you know everything about them.
There's a youtube channel called, Truly Criminal they covered Grace's case in great detail and it was purely horrifying...it's just heart wrenching, how people can do such monstrous acts without giving a second thought about how it's going to destroy and hurt the other person and their family...
I live in NZ, and the moment you showed them walking in, I knew it. It was all over the news, every detail about how he had bought pruducts to clean up the mess, to the court trial were he admitted it with no remorese.
This is from a TV show called faking it where they discuss crimes and break down how murderers are caught, really gives you perspective and helps identify red flags, I recommend it.
I don’t understand why he killed her, like she didn’t even do anything to him. I know that some murderers are crazy or want revenge but other wise I don’t understand why he would do that. He didn’t even KNOW her.
You guys are not really thinking, to think these people have reasons to do it. Some people just do it for their own fun. In ways that isn't reasonable to a normal person, because they're obviously not normal.
I've gone used to watching horryfiying things on youtube shortz that when I saw the title says disturbing backstory and I said " lemme guess, the suitcase the man carrying on the trolley contains the woman she murdered."
The minute I saw him bringing those suitcases into the elevator I knew she was in it 💔😭 It breaks my heart to think there are really people like him in this world. Those that earn someone’s trust so they can get them alone to do awful things to them. I have no idea what she went thru between getting out of the elevator with him & him getting in with the suitcase, but I know it had to be horrific & my heart breaks for her and her family who lost their child to unknown horrors & has undoubtedly seen this video. On the other hand, I am glad this was caught on camera to be used for evidence against him. Idk if he’s already had his day in court, but I hope he gets the book thrown at him. I hope he has to sit in a prison cell & ROT every single day for the rest of his miserable life while remembering what he did to this beautiful young lady.
i live in new zealand, this was a huge case, she was missing for around a week or 2, our country pulled together and vidgils were held all over the country for her
I saw this story before after he killed her, he scattered her body parts and buried it in different place then he try to do the same thing to 2 other woman but they reject him. In court I think one of the woman he had gone out with gave her statements against him which help with a case
He stole money from her purse when she went to the restroom, and also the next day was her birthday. Her family started looking for her when she didn't reply on her birthday to all their messages.
What gets me it that we note the potentiality of such an act before hand with those two other women who he victimized yet someone still had to be murdered before he was handled.
That’s honestly so disgusting that he took this poor women’s life when she had her whole life ahead of her.
