i tell ya what man luci christian and andy mcavin (who by himself makes me wish kimura was better and had more scenes) went totally bonkers as their characters and i love it

I didn't knew there was an English dub of this.
It was made by ADV films, guys responsible for the Ghost Stories dub. They did a lot of old dubs that were quality
now you know! and knowing is half the battle!
ADV also dubbed Neon Genesis Evangelion and of course, you guessed it, the 2-episode Sonic OVA from '96.
