it's about human (earth) years as pointed with groot. Captain America was just frozen that's why he still got older but not physically, but Dr strange literrally came back in time many times with the time loop so he did not gain years. He technically just changed the past (a very small part of it) many times, but he brought a younger version of him everytime, therefore he did not got older.
Nope. He died again, and again, and again and again... meaning he didn't age because he was in a loop. That means he was in the dark dimension for just a few minutes.
Loki is much closer in age to Thor, if you remember the scene in Thor ragnarog where Thor talks about how Loki changed into snake and atacked him when they were 8 years old. You can do the math.
They could be talking about Asgard years. 50 yrs for the planet to make a single rotation around their sun.Aka he might actually be 30 on Asgard while Loki is 21. If 50yrs on earth is one year there. Still, the math does add up.

actually marvel confirmed that loki died as a 1053-1054 year old- so like IDK, i think the 'we were 8 at the time' was just thor's random estimation of asgardian to human age conversion, and it was improvised, so i dont think we should take it into deep consideration

I thought Thanos was older. I'm also surprised there aren't many very old beings. Even the older ones are babies in the cosmological time frame.
There are a LOT more extremely old beings. Not sure why the video left them out, but Eternity, Infinity, Mistress Death, Lord Chaos, Master Order, Dormammu, Shuma-Gorath, Amatsu-Mikaboshi, and the Beyonders all have existed since time/before time.

Well, "time" doesn't start when the universe was made. In Marvel, our current Earth is on it's 7th or so reincarnation. The multiverse can be reset through certain events. Galactus is from a prior universe, before the most recent reset.

Fun fact! Karen Gillian didn’t need to cut her hair to play nebula! They had bald caps and different type of effects in order to make her seem bold. But they forgot to tell her so she cut all her hair off, thinking that she needed to. I can’t imagine how mad she was afterwards.

Small detail, Dr.Strange doesn’t have a PhD. He has an MD. PhD is a doctorate degree in literally anything except law and medical studies.
You can have a PHD in medical studies, and he graduated with both a PHD and MD at the same time because he has photographic memory

Dormammu and Alioth (Loki series) are the oldest characters in MCU because time doesn't exist in their domains (Dormammu - the Dark Dimension, Alioth - The End of Time)

Well The Vision did appear in some comics back in the 1940s...he was a demon then not a cyborg. Drawn by Jack Kirby....kirby reused the design of the character for an updated version much the same with the Human Torch
