I'm guessing he comes from a really rich family and he used his trust fund to gamble with, got extremely lucky and made 30 or 40 million at the casinos. Mikki has told a story of playing poker in high school with friends, other rich kids, for thousands. And apparently he or his family owns 100 pharmacies. But one thing is certain, he didn't start at zero and get to were he is today. He had access to large amounts of cash to play with. No regular young guy can start out dropping 50k at the casinos.
