If you cannot afford to get up or do not have a view of farther than 20 feet from your room's window, then you can just focus a point on a wall (doesn't matter even if it's like 1 feet away) and then blur the vision...it works the same way!
You should try getting a laptop arm or a laptop stand if you're using the laptop screen from time to time while being on your monitor and as you said it is preferred to have the screen you're looking at a 15 degree angle from your eyes for the laptop screen to be at a same height as your monitor. From your current words I don't think you do that a lot so might as well get a tray under you table and put the laptop in it and have the cable connecting the peripherals and the display routed from behind the table setup. This will make your desk cleaner for other stuff you might as well grab while you're working.

2nd, It will be 1 out of lakhs, if they get the opportunity. The competition here is far more than in India, cuz here you are competing with not only national but also international students to get the scholarship. Be practical. Just cuz you dream of getting a scholarship, you won't get it.
In India, if you don't get iit, you will get nits or iiits, which are good to do universities.
No offence to you, but you are impractical.
@@charvaka5705 OK I agree that getting scholarship is hard but if you are thinking to crack IIT then getting scholarship is not hard enough. So once you step out of door then nothing seems to be imposiblr. On the other hand let me give you the live example of my step brother who initially study in India but after that he wated to pursue Astronomy and apply for the scholarship in Standford university and he get it .
Also one of the most biggest liminitataion of IIT's is that you can't pursue science feild.

@@charvaka5705 1. IF YOU ARE POOR, IT IS YOUR PROBLEM, NONE OF OTHERS. if one has financial support, he will use it.
2. IIT karne me bhi 15lakh lag jate hain, so if you have 15 lakhs, you can do your bachelors from european countries like germany, italy, portugal... under 20 lakhs. and if you do part time jobs it can simply be 0 help from family. and can eventually move to usa too.
3. even an average uni in europe >> IITs = spittin faxxx.
4. as a general candidate, i can't take that reservation sh*t
5. you can join tier-3 indian college and go for masters too.
6. stop demotivating other students.
so stop bragging, and accept it, us,uk,canada,australia and germany. these 5 nations offer much better education and job opportunities than india.
