i got selected for the position of chat executive at concentrix..........
it took 3 days to complete all the procedure = from 1st round (Amcat test) to ops round. everything cleared in just 3 days...the easiest method to get into this company is apply through a consultancy..they will get all things completed within 3 days..normally it may take almost 15 days to the people who apply from the direct website and through a friend's referrals.
the easiest way is apply through a consultancy, you will be hired within 3 days......

1st round = amcat test (essay writing to check your writing skills)
2nd round = versant test ( to check your comprehension skills)
3rd round = OPS Round (process manager will take your interview on video call, he will ask each and every thing from your resume so be careful don't mention anything in your resume that you don't know)
4th = you will get an email (to submit your documents) only if you pass the ops round,
and many documentation is done it takes almost 10 days...
tips = if you are applying for non-voice, they will ignore your fluency in english, your writing skills are considered....
if you make grammatical mistake in ops round, they will ignore it.....so don't worry about english....this is only for non-voice candidates,
i am in a training right now, and believe me, a lot of my colleagues are not able to speak well, they are here only because they write well.......so don't worry at all about english.......all the procedure from starting to end takes time in concentrix...

@@priyankakumari9080 Hi Priyanka , Generally it should take 2- 3 working days to publish the result, sometimes early as well completely depend on the process. Every process have different versant score to clear. You can wait till Tomorrow, if you don't get any response you can reach out to your respective SPOC or recruiter for the same.

Versant test briefing-:
There are 5 sections that you need to go through-:
1. Typing
You will see text on the screen, you have to type as it is. Type as much as you can within 1 minute.
2. Sentence completion
It is fill in the blanks. You have to complete the sentence by filling up only one single word in the blank space. If you are not getting the right answer. Make a guess, but don't leave it blank.
3. Dictation
You will hear the sentences. You have to type whatever you will listen. Listen them very carefully. You will get only few seconds to type the sentence and while typing you have to take care of the punctuation as well. Like start the sentence with a capital letter and finish with a full stop or question mark as well. If you hear one or two word, then try to create a sentence on your own with the help of those words but don't leave it blank.
4. Passage reconstruction
There will be 4 passages in this section.
One by one passage will be displayed on the screen.
After one passage is displayed for 30 seconds. During that 30 seconds, read the passage very carefully and try to memorize as much as you can. Then You will get 90 seconds to rewrite the passage in your own language. Try to write as much as you can. This will continue for all the 4 passages. While writing take care of your punctuation.
5. Email writing
You have to write email on a topic. Topic and the points to be mentioned in the email will be already mentioned on the screen. Just create an email with the help of those points and you can add more words also on your own. it will ask you to write a 200 word email within 7 minutes but try to write atleast 200 words. Take care of punctuation while writing. Start the email with salutation. If you are not aware about email format. Read it on Google how to write an email. You just have to write the body of the email. No need to mention subject and all.

However, he is answering some questions wrong.
I'm working in CNX from last 1.5 years.
The salary period is 20 of present month to 20 of next month.
Salary of the training period is same as other month.
So, if you'll join on 15 july you'll get salary of 15 july to 20 july on 31 july.
Also, the package is never 9-10k.
You'll get 15-16k inhand minimum.
Salary of voice is more than non-voice.
You'll receive salary on time i.e. last business day of the month.
Concentrix is still hiring.
Ask your questions in reply section.
Tips for test
Do they set any monthly targets for employees?? What if we don't achieve Targets?? Will they fire then?

@@srishtisharmxa One of the best things about CNX is they never FIRE (only fire in extremely worse scenarios).
They might switch your process, but not fire.
Also, targets are for sales process. But most of the process are for support roles.
So, do not worry about targets.
Their is 2-3% of work pressure and nothing much.
