    In the 1970s and the 1980s claire weekes book saved my life after i suffered from postnatal depression three times. I still have her book. It is a great book. Claire also suffered herself from anxiety while i believe she was training to be a Doctor. Hope i have got the training piece right but she did suffer and recovered.
