2 tablespoons milk

Couple of suggestions on the eggs.
Crack each egg on a flat surface rather than the edge of the bowl. Less chance of shells.
Put each egg in a ramekin first, then add it to a big bowl. This will prevent a bad egg from contaminating the other eggs.
Speaking of bad eggs, to tell if a raw egg is still fresh, put it in a two-cup measuring cup filled with water. If the egg floats, it’s bad. If it sinks, it’s good.
