INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN MARINATION:-
3 tbsp of Roasted Chickpea/Pottu Kadalai
½ cup of Fried Onion
½ of Lemon
2 tsp of Water
500g of Chicken
1 tsp of chopped Ginger
1 tsp of chopped Garlic
Handful of chopped Coriander leaves
Handful of chopped Mint leaves
3 tbsp of Curd
2 tsp of Olive Oil
¼ tsp of Turmeric powder
1 tsp of Red Chili powder
1 tsp of Coriander powder
1 tsp of Garam Masala
1 tsp of Cumin powder
Salt to taste
1 ½ tsp of Kashmiri Chili powder
CHICKEN CURRY:-
3 tbsp of Oil
2 tsp of Ghee
2 Bay leaves
5 Cinnamon sticks
5 Cardamoms
4 Cloves
¼ tsp of Cumin seeds
1 sliced Onion
2 tbsp of Ginger Garlic paste
2 chopped Green Chilies
Marinated Chicken
2 sliced Tomatoes
3 tsp of Biryani Masala
1 tbsp of Kashmiri Chili powder
Salt to taste
½ cup of Water
MILK MIXTURE:-
½ cup of Fresh Milk
1 tsp of Rose Water
Food Colouring
2 tbsp of Ghee
STRING HOPPERS BIRYANI:-
30 String Hoppers
Chicken Curry
Milk Mixture
Chopped Coriander leaves
Chopped Mint leaves
Fried Onions
Fried Potatoes
Roasted Cashew Nuts
Raisins
Roasted Chickpea/ Pottu Kadalai
