Great points all around. I personally advise grabbing Arthur even if you have Chloe due to Chloe being able to break res down with NA and then the instant art gauge reset. Will make doing in-game break quests a lot smoother.
Didn't get chloe because i was saving for lisa not knowing when she would be here so i kinda need pencilgon i know she not as good as Chloe but still a VERY good breaker

Oikatzo + Rin and Luvia seems crazy for a Mdps team. Pencilgon seems kinda cool, I’d like to have another breaker other than Chobei. Ig I’m a bit interested in this banner… still only throwing 50 at it.
Gonna try getting her, since I didn't get Chloe on Global. Btw, there is also Millim if we are talking about SA breakers that you missed. Only iffy part of Arthur for me is her relying on her allies being over 50% hp without a way to heal them, but it's not a first time it happens.

Tbh oikatzo is way better than people give him credit for. Talking about his abilities, very good self-sufficient and useful TA, okay NA (especially for future fire units coming out), and a big dmg SA with huge magic res down (very good with SGliza for example). But what makes him way stronger than he looks are his passives. 4 artgen is nice, cestina passive is always broken, but he also gets 200% dmg up ALWAYS (every Sawoken unit can have 6k atk and 4k def), which can even go up with his own NA. Just give him some crit rate and he will melt any boss lol.

I also been saving the hell out of my Alch stones too just in case Liza gets a Alch Stone Banner as well like you mentioned in previous videos

Arthur's TA is literally a better verison of Yuzu's TA except Yuzu's Art gen type is probably better thats about it. Its not like your gunna use Yuzu in sustain anyways since she is only a leaderboard unit.

Oikatzo unit sucks. Only because he is a stamina heavy monk so he could be a beefy defender and use his abilities to make him deal damage. So there is a much better way to build her unit.

Sunraku is similar to WarHeroFen/WargodFen although Fen is better.
