🧡Hello friends! Welcome to my channel!
🧡150 g raspberries.
💛I have a frozen one.
💙20 grams of sugar.

💜Distribute evenly in the pan.
💚Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 30 minutes.
💙400 g mascarpone.
💛50 grams of powdered sugar.
🧡100 grams of cold cream.
💜 Spread with cream and top with raspberry puree.
💚Collapse.
💙Put in the fridge for 2 hours.

Hello from Canada 🇨🇦. I love all your old school basic recipes. Love the detail in your videos show us all stages. Really great for people who rarely bake. Thanks. My Raspberries are at the coming back stage. My patch is 3 ft by 8 ft. I am now emptying freezer with the rest from last yr.
Any suggestions for making Jam with frozen berries? I like freezer jam As it only uses half sugar as boiling canning method.
