Born Carlos Ray Norris (Чак Норрис) in Ryan, Oklahoma, no one truly knew the amazing talent that lived inside Chuck Norris. Through sheer dedication and countless hours in the gym, this former member of the American Air Force became one of the most respected martial artists of our time.
During his Air Force assignment in Korea, Norris began to study the Asian art of Tang Soo Do. When he returned home, he started running multiple martial arts schools. These schools had famous clientele such as The Osmonds and movie star Steve McQueen, the latter being the driving force behind Norris' acting career.
He can be seen most recently in action film The Expendables 2 (2012) alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Jason Statham, Sylvester Stallone and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
Best known for his TV show Walker, Texas Ranger, Norris also appeared in many movies, including Missing in Action (1984), Sidekicks (1992) and The Cutter (2005), as well as Bells of Innocence (2003) with his eldest son Mike Norris.

Dude that’s exactly what I was thinking. He really did way of the dragon with Bruce Lee when he was 32 years old. And he was 33 years old when Bruce Lee died and he was 35 years old after Bruce Lee died when he did like his first movie after Bruce Lee‘s death. Ever since then he has not aged. Except after his wife’s cancer. Then he began to age and he stopped doing movies
Chuck Norris is one of the most honest, straight-arrow people I have even known. I have never heard him say a negative word about anyone, even those that have treated him badly. He has been an inspiration to many and an excellent instructor of the martial arts. I am proud to have been one of his students and treasure the personal mementos I have received from him.

Depends if you are a late bloomer or very late bloomer like i was,or the opposite,or just avarage/in between rate of physical maturity. One things for sure though,dont smoke,dont do drugs,dont do steriods,eat healthy,exercise regularly,and lift weights,but use safe amounts of weight,meaning dont overlift and cause injuries to yourself. Also finally,stay hydrated throughout the entire day. Dehydration causes premature aging.
I am 48 and after watching this I no longer feel like late-forties is old; one just needs to stay in shape, eat right, and all that.

I met Chuck when I was in high school, he was doing an anti drug campaign at the time and visited my school, I briefly talked with him about martial arts and his friendship with Bruce Lee, he was very pleasant and I always hold on to that memory of meeting him.

Chuck is a unique guy he had the special opportunity to fight Bruce Lee and become friends with. Like Jackie Chan who also met Bruce. And further he was only active in the 70's and 80's after that he was less active and suddenly in the Expendables 2 i saw him with Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger. I never thought that Chuck would be friends with stars like them bcs they did different things compared with Chuck.
