- Taken at Stonebench Gloucester, this is one of the larger bore Tides of 2018 although it doesn't look that impressive from the air and is more interesting from 01:43 onwards.
Taken using a DJI Phantom 4 Pro (1920 x 1080p @60fps) with permission from the property owner and complying with ANO 2016 by approved Drone Operator - CAA PfCO UAV3063. - Zábava
Loved seeing it from this vantage point.
Just read about this in a Great Britain travel book today. Interesting. I am glad it wasn't as bad as I initially pictured it in my head! Thumbs up to your drone permission protocol. Lastly, that property owner has a beautiful house as well. Thanks.
Thanks
Nice ... good music as well
Thanks Andy
That's impressive
very nice footage
Thanks Nick
Nice one Andy
Thanks Rob! :)
Hiya Andy, what were you flying .I was ,flying my quad,a parrot bebop 2 just down from there ,i took off from where those 3 drainage channels are on the other side of the river,so about 500metres from where you were.Would have been funny if my drone had flown past, though I kept the flight to the opposite bank. That was the biggest bore i have seen so far.The one i saw back in january was a smaller bore, but the river was 5-6 ft higher,so the bore that day crashed more over the top of the bank and actually flooded over that road by stonebench.,Anyway great flight and footage,i will have to add my video when I get a chance.I had poor signal yesterday though, lost the signal completely just after stonebench and it retruend to home,so no idea what quality my footage is yet
Great to see from above
Thanks Robin, :)
wow
