I collect US military trucks both 6 and 8 wheel drive and you can never hit a steel cable hard to pull a truck out of being stuck without snapping the cable! I bought an 80,000 pound rated nylon snatch rope that you can hit at 20 mph and it will stretch and use all that stored energy in the rope to pull the truck out, it works very well!
