with the double stabd arrow glitch he might mean the accutal name of an arrow 'stand arrow' that you get from giorno on the first quest

you can't actually rtz conqueror's will, you're just disabling the stand before it happens

You can use spin with vampire race by storing spin in fighting style storage and then become a vampire
You can use spin with vamp but only as subspec; no vamp spec just race

one gets frozen the other can move it depends on luck

You can use spin with vampire you need to not use vampire fighting style
On the final myth, you cheated by dashing. Since Tusk cannot dash during glide mode, by dashing you actually skewed the results. In raw speed, Tusk wins.
