  • One exercise that may be helpful is to gently stretch your affected finger by pulling it back toward your wrist and holding it for a few seconds before releasing it.
    1. Straight your elbow and palm up.
    2. Put a non-affected hand on the affected hand and pull it back toward your wrist.
    3. Hold for 5 seconds
    4. Repeat it three more times
