If a person wasn't wanting ribs from the rib meat what would be an alternative? Like could it be ground up or what other cut could be made from it? Sorry I'm new to this and haven't found a lot of resources that are straightforward in explaining.
At this time I am Charging $5.19 a pound hanging weight and this includes the standard processing fees I do this because it is easy for customer to pay 1 person and I pick up the pork and deliver or meet the customers Also I feed non GMO feed

If you don’t like ribs you could have the meat removed from them and have them ground into sausage of some kind or ground pork
