They are half siblings. Elina was born in Uzbek with a Uzbek father. When Elina was baby, her mother married with Korean man who is Yuna's father.
In Korea, divorce or remarriage is not as acceptable as in west. That's why Elina looks uncomfortable talking about citizenship but Yuna wanted to everyone to know that she's half Uzbek lol😂

You can clearly tell how the upper half of her face looked frozen even when she smiles. Nose is easy to spot too.
