yes brother, u nailed it.....agents got a huge market in the name of LMIA and they are driving it solely, taking all headache of LMIA employer..minting money for both employer and self and fooling general public by 1st aspiring general public in the name of visitor visa and then convert to work permit and once that guy reach Canada agent show real face by asking about CAD 30-60K and shatter all his/her dream in a moment, more interestingly once client surrender saying I can't afford that sum, agent will say no problem u try to arrange a job offer and I will help to get LMIA + work permit while agent know very well no employer in Canada can provide job offer to a tourist without having LMIA
Agent counters saying why such client will come at first place if can not afford to buy LMIA job as if this LMIA was invented for clients to pay CAD 30-60K, and after client buy such costly LMIA underlying truth is that work permit from concern company is merely on paper (virtual) and employee seldom work for that employer except running the payroll and use that workpermit to work somewhere else just how a student work.
All these are taking place very much under the nose of IRCC and Canada govt, nothing hidden but govt allows with the intent that the agent and employer both are my citizen so let them be rich and thereby increase govt's earning, who cares if end client bleeds, after all that person is still a foreigner

One of the agents from India helping to get LMIA and work permit for store keeper job at Canada, He is charging money but said that amount will be refunded if visa gets refused.
I want to know what are the chances to get PR in Alberta after working there as it will contribute only 50 points to my profile, currently I am 35 years of age holding a Civil Engineering degree and having 12 years of experience in the construction field.
Do u think u should go to the store keeper job even having 12 years of relevant job experience in your own field.
Option 1...check your CRS score and put your application in the PNP pool rather than express entry.
Option 2. Go to a tourist visa and coordinate directly with employer.

My CRS score is 390 MAX, I don't know if I will get any PNP or not, but as the agent said through work permit PR is permanent.
Therefore I want to know from you that if I come there on a work permit and get 1 year Canadian experience then what are the chances to get PR as the point will be calculated out of 100.
