If you want an easy, fancy main dish, it doesn’t get much better than Pan-Seared Salmon. It can be a midweek date night, an al fresco meal with friends, or dinner with the in-laws - salmon will rise to any occasion.
Ingredients
3 salmon fillet
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash salt free Chicken grilling blends
1/2 tsbp Italian seasoning
1/2 garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter

I made this tonight and it really was delicious. I now know how to keep the seasoning from coming off. I used no salt lemon pepper in the Ms. Dash option. I also always use grapeseed oil instead of olive oil. Nevertheless you are not exaggerating about the flavor and moisture. Thank you so much for this recipe.

Awesome. Tried it and nailed it. Also if you chop the salmon then it can be used as a filler for taco. Just stuff it with onion, cucumber, cilantro and you have an awesome taco. Thanks for sharing

That looks so good. I don't have half of the seasoning you have but I think garlic salt and sea salt will work fine... So I made this tonight. It was awesome! We had Salmon with the skin on one side so I sliced that off and then prepared it this way and yeah. It was pretty good. My wife's looked really good. I think I overcooked mine a little too much but it was still tasty.
