If there are 50 people who are "bad" and 50 people who are "good", but only one of the "bad" people are known to be bad, I think it would be unfair for them to be criticized by the 99 others because it makes the one publicly "bad" person look like they're the only 1 out of 100 people who are bad, when in reality it's 50/50.
That was just a simplified example to show my point, the real world is a lot more complex.
Going specifically to criticisms of Destiny's parenting, I don't think the criticisms would be fair if they're not at least coming from either a parent, or a child that has had a somewhat absent parent(similar to Destiny's relationship to his son). In general at least.
I think an issue Destiny has at times is he is too focused on the substantive point someone is making in a debate and analyzing it as a good faith argument when things like Sneako calling him a deadbeat dad is not debate fodder and easily defamation of character. I don't see it as a healthy social mechanism to give everyone consideration of their viewpoints, especially if the argument devolves into personal attacks and malicious name-calling.
Right before he started analyzing what sneako is saying he said that he's just crying like a baby throwing a tantrum.

Well people say destiny abandoned his child but he still pays for all the amenities that would ensure his kid is well taken off plus he still spends time with him every week and also helps with schoolwork, has outings with him on occasion which you could see a few clips of on his wife's channel and he also makes sure his son's mental health is attended to and that he has rational values. Sure he doesn't see his kid everyday but for the most part he's still a present parent. People only say he abandoned his kid because he doesn't live with him even though he could but he hasn't actually left his child.
