That's gutturals. Pig squeals have more of those Whistle sound to it.

I swear they are one of the most underrated heavy bands in the world. They've been going since like 2003 (I think) but they're finally making it outside of Japan. They have a good mix of songs. Most are heavy, some are very melodic and I swear they have the best breakdowns (listen to the song Mahakala, turn the volume up loud and listen to the sickness of a breakdown halfway through the song.).
Just when I think metal is getting weak, these guys are titanium.

Gotta agree here lol. Most of the metalcore or even most modern bands coming out these days all sort of sound the same. They hook you in with one song, but you can't go past an entire album.
So far I've really been liking what i'm hearing from Crystal Lake. I'll probably end up buying their albums coz I love their range.
