I was confused by Gigi's voice since it was sweet and soft yet has the power. I mean how that even possible? Even the high notes has sweetness and softness my mind is blown
Exactly. Some singers when they sing the higher notes and try to belt it out with power, they lose me, and I wish they would go back down into a lower key. But no matter what range Gigi is in, I am good with it.

Gigi can sing any style, and sing it well. She looks down often because she's reading lyrics on an iPad, and you can catch her scrolling etc. once in a while. Definitely put "Better Days" at the top of your list.

Gigi is Filipino. English is her 2nd language, which makes it even more impressive. That's why she looks down at the lyrics.
I tried to learn Spanish in high school, and College and I can only converse when it's really needed. I thought Tagalong was spoken in the Philippines's s I was wondering how she could sing in English so well.
It's not that impressive for Filipinos to speak English. Aside from the Filipino subject and Sibika( Filipino social studies)... we study in English. I won't say everyone's fluent, but we can read and sing in English.

Her singing dynamics are perfect. Her tone in her natural range is awesome, and then she goes into real high notes and hits them so clear and effortless, you sit back and say, 'She's got this. " she knows how to add some power, and then some more power, and then go back to singing softly. I gave her 10's across the board too, before you said that. I knew this song when it first came out sung by Chaka khan, and I can't believe decades later a beautiful Philippine lady is singing it this good.
