Went to school in Merrow in the 60's. Visited Guildford on weekends. Shopped Marks and Spenser; drank hot lemon at "Boxer's" on High St. near the Clock. Loved it there.

@@ThePassionateJetSetter Even the clock. I know it's old, but I was thinking maybe late Victorian. I know the Three Pigeons is old, but how old? Learning why Guildford is called Guildford blew my mind!
