Tell me about your worst experience with jet lag... for me, it was when my wife and I travelled to Bali for our honeymoon. I didn't feel right the whole first week :S
I just got these, so much more effective for me than tryin to sit beside a lamp for like a half hour. I just don’t have the patience and it isn’t convenient.
I totally agree! They are small, compact and easy to use anywhere. Are you travelling with them?
@@JohnLCharette no but I get wicked seasonal depression starting around October maybe end of Sept. I can’t afford to be disabled by it this season. I was literally going to bed by 5 and 6 pm 😂 that’s not gonna work.
This is a great review, super informative, hope it helps many. My thought was, if someone should make a mistake understanding the instructions, etc., because we're human, what kind of damage could be done? And hopefully, undone...?
Good question. I feel like you could change your circadian rhythm in a negative way but I would think you could change it back. It probably doesn’t feel great. Even when you’re doing it properly, it feels weird. You can tell you’re changing the natural way your body wants to work. Kudos to them for figuring it out though.
@@JohnLCharette Definitely!
Going to Egypt from eastern standard time for 10 days.
Are you considering trying out some light therapy glasses?!
Why does it say on the box “timer” if there’s no timer?
Yeah, it's weird. I just checked the instruction manual, and I can't find anything about a timer. They recommend certain timer periods for different settings:
1: 60min
2: 30min
3: 20min
Yes it has one. I have the same model and it shuts off by itself.
