This is insanely cool. the idea that you could prototype an architecturally advanced home in a game engine like unreal is such an interesting junction. Add in the elements of generative ai and 3d printing next, and I wonder just how disrupted the architecture landscape will be become.

I have been designing furniture in Sketchup, and it doesn't look real. What you accomplished in this video is incredible. How can I get my furniture to look as real as what you did? What would you recommend? I saw you mentioned the software that you used in the description. Do I design / redraw my furniture in 3DS Max, then port it into Unreal Engine 5? How would you go about it? My background is mainly technical drawings in Sketchup and Autocad; I am used to inputting exact measurements, and angles, etc. Cheers and well done!
Thank you for your warm feedback. Exactly as you wrote and I did, first the entire scene was modeled in 3dmax, furniture was used ready from catalogs, then everything was exported to UE, where already adjusted the light, materials and everything else for cinematics. As for Sketchup, in my opinion, it has slightly different tasks, it does not give as elaborate detailing as the same 3DMax, but is more intended for a quick display of ideas and concepts. If you want to get realistic, then I can advise what I use - 3Dmax and Corona renderer for statics and UE for animation and 3D tours. There are many other programs that do photorealism, but I'm comfortable using these for now. Good luck with your learning!

Подскажите делали ли вы композинг рендера? Есть некоторые глюки рендера на фронтальных панелях (мигание), свечение дивана, при быстром движении камеры нет плавности картинки. Но это несовершенство движка. От меня лайк и благодарность за проделаную работу👍
спасибо! согласен, у движка еще много моментов, которые надо допиливать, но учитывая как быстро выходят новые версии, я думаю уже скоро доведут до идеала, хотя у совершенства нет границ). Композинг рендера не делал, только цветокор в посте

이건 실제로 미국에 있는 건물입니다. 구글에서 이름으로 검색하면 더 많은 정보와 리뷰를 찾을 수 있습니다. 저는 그냥 CG로 그걸 재현한 것뿐입니다.

OK here is my issue.
I have never worked with unreal engine before. I did create a house like yours about 10 years ago. I designed it on Sketchup and exported to Lumion. The process was rather complex as my pc almost broke down from the rendering process.
By next month or so. I want to work with unreal engine. However my project will be 10x bigger. It will not just involve a single house but a series of buildings within an estate. I want to have the possibility of using VR goggles to walk around the interior of one of the building only and the possibility of walking around the whole estate. Kinda like a mini game. Is there like an online version of unreal that could handle all the PC work? I still new to Unreal Engine by the way. However I love the program..
everything you described above - Unreal allows you to do this, the question is the strength of your computer

With EVERYTHING open to the environment,, cleaning it must be VERY, VERY exspencive. Tree pollen, dust, mold spores, bugs, birds, wild animals etc.. nothing about this home is remotely practical
