I gained more knowledge and a better understanding of trading with his strategy. I increased my portfolio from 1.7 BTC to 2.35 BTC.

I also bought Intel due to their getting into semiconductors. I think they're gonna be huge in the next 10 years. I wanna pickup MMM like you have, it's such a well diversified company with so many products! Loved your video, mate! :) Congrats on your future nursing career

You do more research then I ever have. I just did a search for blue chip stock, with a long history of dividends, tried to pick one in each sector, mostly bought by Dollar Cost Averaging, and basically never paid attention to share price, because I was in for the long run. A 🇨🇦 bank (because I work for it, so they matched by contribution into share plan, so 100% return), 🇨🇦SunLife insurance co., 🇨🇦utility co., Apple (honestly because a friend bought years ago and got immensely wealthy and retired early), Walgreen-Boots, 🇨🇦Trans Canada (TRP), basically that’s it. I’m lazy too, I could probably hone these allocations but they are steady and NOT TRENDS. You will be much more careful and knowledgeable than me. 👍

It would be of great help to explain how much you invested versus how much your portfolio is worth now and a trend of fluctuation throughout the journey as a whole. You've shown how much of a dividend you've received, and well done for that, but how much did you have invested to make that and has your portfolio risen or fallen to date? Without this info it's difficult to understand what you are telling us. If you've invested £1000 to get approximately £8 in return and post fluctuations your portfolio is now worth the same or more that's great news, but if the portfolio is now worth £750 to 'make' £8, you've currently lost around £242. I appreciate you are looking to ride out any loses by long term investment, but an update on where your portfolio stands today and a trend over its life would add context and give a better perspective for others in terms of risk tolerance and what can be expected for those considering similar strategies etc.
Also what do have you paid in fees or other costs to undertake your trades etc?
Just a thought. Good luck with your investments, channel and studies, thanks for sharing. 👍

Interesting points and ones I will absolutely take into the next video update for February. I appreciate the constructive feedback and shall aim to better the content for next time. Are you looking to invest in a similar strategy?

@@2OrdinaryGuys I'm from a small business background (many years ago!) but I'm currently retraining in nursing, hence I stumbled across your channel previously. It's always interesting to learn new things though and I'm always open to opportunities to both learn and earn. I've given up a very well paid job to work in the very poorly paid, but incredibly fulfilling and worthwhile, career of nursing. If I was to give myself advice on investments it would be to return to engineering and make great money!... I'm happy to stick with nursing though and will consider other investment opportunities instead. I'll watch for your updates with interest and look forward to understanding a little more about your strategies and trending to date in future uploads. I'd be interested also in your strategies for which stocks you've kept and which you've sold and why? What is your tolerance for risk and do you apply it across the overall portfolio or on an investment by investment basis? Thanks for sharing and good luck with it all.
