  • Crown Royal Part 1, Hatching The Plan // Lee and Tiffany Lakosky
Crown Royal broke up early last year and it may have saved his life. In this episode, Lee hatches a plan to target him in the first week of October and moves him to the top of the hit list.

If you turned a new hunter out on his property they would be just as successful. Obviously the work Lee does makes a difference but all the strategy is just a guessing game.

Nice job on explaining your game plan with your maps. It's easy to see exactly what you're explaining Lee!

The consistent water level in that pond makes me think it's groundwater fed instead of runoff. Maybe that makes a difference. It would likely be cooler water and have less nutrients to grow algae if that was the case

Crazy the planting windows we can see. I work with farmers in corn & grain sorghum here in Arkansas. I live in SE Arkansas and we have corn planted the last week of February some years and this year over 90% of our corn was planted by April 5th. I understand the difference in corn designed for deer plots and corn for optimum yield.
I enjoy watching all the logic and planning you do to manage for deer.

Why not establish your own Whitetail Property type hunting land real estate company. You've established your name for many years of letting bucks grow and having years of experience and an eye for hunting land to purchase. Buyers would trust your judgement because of your impeccable resume. You can also create a second hit show showing potential buyers the land you have for sale from your personal agency, deer inventory and why you recommend purchasing the land. Personally I think you would kill it. If I had a choice to purchase hunting land from Whitetail Properties or Lakosky Land Properties. I'm purchasing from Lakosky all day everyday because of your years of experience and discipline letting bucks grow. Just saying!
