I think he might end his career in Dallas. Cuban loves him to death, Luka too, team seems poised to win some chips on the near future, and he is clearly the veteran leader and the voice of the locker room. Cant see anything he is missing he could get somewhere else.

Kyrie is having a good time and I love seeing this man smile again during these press conferences. I am glad that these reporters are also learning not to antagonize him. This new Mavericks chemistry is some of the best I have seen in a while and you can tell it's authentic; no one seems to be forced to "like" one another 🖐👍

The chemistry on the Mavs seems unreal. Watching Luka & Kyrie walk down the court arm in arm like brothers & then calling out the entire team to half-court was something special. Everyone on this squad is counted on to do their jobs and everyone does it without ego.
And the credit goes to Nico for having built this squad without ego. Feel like the team HAS to check their ego at the door when you've got guys like Exum & DJJ on the team. Exum having been completely out of the NBA and DJJ being like the LAST free agent signed was nearly out of the NBA. How can you act like a spoiled brat egomaniac in front of THOSE guys? Then with guys like Gafford & PJ having been in NBA purgatory with the Wizards & Hornets. There's no room for ego cause MOST of the team understands what a blessing it is to be on a PLAYOFF team and what that means....a chance to stamp your name on the history of this sport if they keep playing like a team & lifting the O'Brien at the end.

Ky doing so well in dallas is for several reasons - 1, the media doesnt ask questions, lets him do what he does and doesnt do deep dives and question his willingness to play. 2, hes an exceptional teammate and every teammate everywhere has said that basically. 3 - theyre winning and kyrie is an excellent 2 guard when luka is the 1. Kyrie moves around the floor, goes through screens to get open. Hes a natural PG and SG so he is perfect in any position.
