I have the Denon MCX8000 and my question is if the "Sync" itself does not synchronize the beats, because my MCX8000 only synchronize the BPM of the songs😅. If you can help me with it, I would be very grateful, thank you!
I don't really use the Sync function so I don't know why It doesn't work...btw with all the dj stuffs I suggest to really don't rely on this technology (computers are stupid, man have to control them)
I would like to start in the future with the dj stuff and looking for a good stand alone controller. however i want to start with a slightly higher quality controller from the beginning. is the denon mcx 8000 a good choice?
This one has nothing ti envy to the professional ones.. I think that something cheaper would be great as well because this is a bit complicated as a beginner one
It depends if you're searching for a standalone or for a controller. For example I use it standalone, only 2 channels, it works great but it's not that reliable as an xdj rx. As a controller I knew that it's a completely reliable controller supported with a good pc
Im considering Denon over any Pioneer. The Denon is a all in one controller. It has stuff that Pioneer doesn't offer regarding Controller features. For example the DDJ SX2 is lacking a color screen. In MHO, I like to see name of tracks and BPM on a some sort of window, looking at a track color wave is also important to me. Pioneer controller SX2 is lacking these features. The Denon is a stand alone mixer, Serato, and Flash Drive Controller. I research all of the high ends Pioneer controllers with a great interest in the DJ DDJ-1000. Denon surpass the Pioneer in all points. Remember, Denon has been on the field of djing as long Pioneer has been. Pioneer might be the leader of the pack, but Denon is out there too. Never consider Denon until just recently. Price being one of my deciding factors. Pioneer prices are in my opinion way to high and most of the time their products are nothing more than a hype. Here it is a list of Pioneers Controllers I looked at; DDJ-RX (Record Box & Laptop) DDJ SX2 (Serato & Traktor Pro Controller) DDJ SX3 (Serato Dj Pro, an upgrade of the DDJ-SX2. Dual USB Ports - Laptop Controller - 2 Laptops can be connected - Includes Serato Flip, and Serato Pitch n' time.) Good question....the Mcx price is more competitive and is super standalone beast and have more functionalities....the rx2 is more solid in software terms, it's probably not gonna freeze display or jump the song or something else but is also expensive....so... I think there are pros and cons and there's not a real winner🤔
Hey man, i need your help. On my MCX8000 everytime I'm trying to mix two songs, they don't seem to stay in tune even though they have the same bpm, whether i use the sync button, or if I analyze the songs 3, 4 times. I don't know what to do, I've tried everything, any suggestions? Maybe something I'm doing wrong?? Denon won't reply either ab pi ut the situation
Tiversix okay when I'm trying to mix two songs together and beatmatch them to the same bpm after like 4 seconds they start getting out of tune like if they were different bpm's. Well i thought i did but i guess i don't, help please?
Tiversix yeah, all the songs I have are analyzed in engine first, how do I know if they were analyzed correctly?? That's probably what it is, they weren't analyzed correctly bcuz I set them to 150 bpm for example and then 20 seconds later I look back at it and its at 150.6. I'm like wtf haha
Yeah sadly I got an issue on this controller a few days ago (a screen freeze😤) but it has a beta firmware built in....so it depends from your budget. I suggest you to buy a pioneer xdj rx if you have budget to buy it or to buy this one and use it with the pc.

I understand you, I was in the same situation except for the 4 channel, but be careful! The denon mcx is a standalone 2 channel console and a 4 channel controller. To resume this consolle is a wonderful machine but we are attending a final firmware update (not a stupid test) that resolve this issues! If want to go safe you have to choose the RX. Anyway I'm happy for my purchase

i have a dj mcx 8000 ,but i can not sampler,when i want to use sampler its come the same CUE, pls help me
I can't use samples because i use it in standalone mode
How do you beatmatch on this controller? Just by hearing?
Of course...another way can be the sync but i prefer doing by ears
Too much mid frequencies on mix stage… use mid EQ... Your mixing style look like house music mixing

Yes I use it standalone! I haven't done the latest firmware update already

Check if the tracks follow the specifics of quality that were required to be used
no se cual es la idea de sacarle el Bajo a las canciones (dj de cartón)
