I think yere a bit off lads, three cork lads only getting an 8 or above and clare have twelve. cant be possible when your drawing after 35 minutes and then 70 + minutes. Corks ratings not so much off, clare just inflated for some. Duggan, reidy, mccarthy and rodgers. Rewatch game id say

This match was so close (level at half-time, full-time and at the break in extra-time) that it might as well have been decided by a coin-toss. Yet team-to-team there is a huge difference in average player ratings. Not fair on the Cork lads; overrating most of Clare’s players.

Poor guys Cork could have won the game and if that had happened a lot of people would not have disagreed. Lots of things to point out 1. Cork players held to the standards pre match. Shane O'Donnell who drifted into obscurity is judged on the fist half. 2. The Clare full back line looked good far more to do with Cork puckouts than individual brilliance 3. Cork players getting marked down for opponents scoring goals (correctly in my view) Conlon and 12 from Clare get free passes for Downey's gold Clare marginally the better team on the day ratings would tell you a completely different story, which is wild PS Match should be replayed .. the calendar thing is beyond stupid ..
