- In this video I discover more budget fragrances at my local Burlington.
I was lucky enough to come across a rare find that happens to smell like Tom Ford Ombre Leather for $13! I was shocked at how good this was. Ive decided to give this away to a subscriber. Official Rules are below!

Man I absolutely hate when they do that at Burlington... they put the price tag on the bottom so you can't even read the price!!... or on the top where you can't see it either in those stupid boxes... I've been seeing the Ben Sherman a lot at the local Burlington's but just haven't tried it yet...... A couple of those Banana Republic bottles I would have grabbed, Grassland probably being the main one! Soon as I’m off work I’m hitting my rack stores to see if I can find something!

I have been wanting to get my hands on banana republic stuff. Our TJMaxx yesterday was busted trailer park. my fake ombre leather called shield is divine. did a review on it.

Hey Gerard, great video. Our Australian rackstore equivalent (we don't have rack stores the same as USA) is Chemist Warehouse and my last purchase was Mercedes Benz Club Black. I'm heading to the USA (LA & Miami) and Mexico in late October so leaving plenty of room in the suitcase to pick up rackstore frags 😀👍

Stop and smell has great videos on CZcams on Ben Shermans Signature and Icon. Both fragrances are top tier imo.
I like his vids! I’m curious about icon.
Cremo Vintage Suede is another fragrance to try if you like Ombre Leather. I got mine from a local Target after finding out its availability on their website. Being able to also get it as a body wash is very nice.
I am impressed by every Cremo I’ve smelled. Really great fragrances.

I actually dig English Laundry Tahitian Water…
It’s a semi sweet, somewhat floral tropical type scent.. But it has a touch of brown sugar and it really is a decent scent..
Not sure how it smells now.. I believe EL is being made out of China now..
Maybe they always were..?? But I believe the couple EL fragrances I have are a couple of years old and were manufactured in USA..
Anyway… For a sub $15 scent… It’s not bad and a touch different

I just picked up Ben Sherman Signature the other day! I Enjoy it alot. Now I'm looking to get a sample of Ombre Leather.
They are really close. Great scent for the money nice pickup!
Bought bottle of the Ben Sherman fragrance awhile back, off this good review. I found it for $9.99, pretty sure it was from Burlington. it is every bit as good as Gerard says it is, and a steal for the price.
Love that one and still my favorite ombré leather clone.
Burlington has the best selection.
The Marshalls near me is very thin on men's fragrances.
Marshall’s has been horrible. I agree Burlington is a safe bet to find something solid.
Hey Gerard. That CK is not bad for a man. Wait for the drydown on it. Pleasant scent on me. I purchased the Ben Sherman Icon edp from Burlington on my last visit. It's a decent spring / summer scent. I think it was $16.99. Thanks for the video.

Have it and love it. Great scent.
Great video nice walk through. Recently brought Nautica Voyage and Kenneth Cole Reaction to work and let a couple people compare the 2. Even for me it was very close but the Nautica won out. I have had more compliments with the Kenneth Cole Reaction but I had been wearing it more often. Both are very good and all men should own at least one of them. They both are smelling clean and fresh with out trying super hard.
I completely agree Daniel. That’s actually a really fair comparison as well. At least one of those in the collection will serve anybody well.
Last thing i picked up was CK summer 2021 for 19.99. Very good fragrance for twenty bucks.

I grabbed that ck all the other day. Love the opening a lot. After that it didn’t do anything for me. I swap it out for something else.

Voyage heritage comes off like a nice shaving cream to my nose. I like it a lot.
Ck all was also good feminine for me. I took it back.
The Ben Sherman signature I own as well and really like it. Like you said, it’s definitely a much cheaper alternative to ombré leather. My wife owns ombré leather and it smells great on her. As masculine of a scent as it is, she pulls it off very well.
We are on the same page Justin. I see ombré leather as unisex!
I havnt ever had too much luck at the rack stores but my best one probably has to be Uomo signature by Salvatore Ferragamo. 100 ml 29.99$. My most recent pick up was a John varvatos gift set for 29.99$ also

I just found it at Macy's Backstage for $12! Also, I picked up Ben Sherman Icon EDP 100ml for $12! If you haven't tried that one yet, I 100% would. Also, if you layer them together... WOW! 🤌🏻

Nice pickups ! my last pick up in the rack's was Banana Republic Rosewood Amor .
Supposed to be a baccarat rouge 540 clone .
I like the BR fragrances and for $16.99 it was a good way to see what BR 540 smelled like .

I haven’t heard of that one at all. BR cherry from the icon line has a baccarat 540 vibe as well. Another one that smells like baccarat is Ariana Grande cloud. It’s good.
My favorite pickup from the rack stores is definitely Abercrombie and Fitch Together. Amazing versatile scent that lasts a decent amount of time! Im looking to dive deeper into Leather fragrances

I actually purchased a Ben Sherman toiletry bag at Burlington. Inside was some products that smelled very nice. I looked up Ben Sherman and I found the Ben Sherman icon. Not bad. Would love to add this to my collection. Last purchase Hugo reverse

Great video!! My last pick up was English Laundry Tahitian Waters in Burlington. Wasn’t really a fan of it. I do like Oxford Bleu from the English Laundry line.
I heard Michael Kors Extreme Blue smells good. I’m hoping I Am King comes back to the rack stores. Mont Blanc Legend Night smells really good. I see it in certain Ross’. Check it out if you see if you haven’t tried it yet.

My last rack store find was tommy Hilfiger ocean wave marked down to $13 at a ross. Basic but a easy wear for the summer months and for the price really couldnt pass it up

0:20 that’s Burberry classic, aka Burberry EDT. If you don’t have that already, it’s fantastic. I owned it from like 05-09 and purchased again this year.

@@gerardgeorge it’s really good. One thing I noticed is that the last one I bought has tiny little red specks/flakes floating in it- which I don’t remember being in the older bottle I had. Curious, if you ever buy one, if it will have the red flakes or not.
Nice. Appreciate the review. I love oubre leather but haven’t gotten one yet. It’s a replacement for Tuscan leather! I saw a private label clone from tj maxx but it was $18 to $20 bucks and the scent kept fading. Instead I bought Vince Camuto Homme (deep blue box)and Jared Lang (green box)

@@gerardgeorge it’s okay. Nothing ground breaking. But softer, smoother, citrus, mandarin, fresh, maybe animalic. I think it’s unisex, leaning masculine . Smells like fragrance and cosmetics section of a department store 😂
Faint and skin scent. Maybe 3-4 hrs for me if I’m lucky
Tahitian waters is pretty good. Like Virgin island water and AvenTus.

Man right after the opening fades it goes straight into TF ombré. It’s a good one for the low. I actually forgot mine in the trunk and it’s hot out. Hope it didn’t go bad.

I went to Walmart a few weeks ago and got so lucky man! I found azzaro wanted 1.7 oz azzaro sport 3.3 oz and mont blanc legend 3.3 oz for 45$! Gotta love inventory clean up lol

Yep I went to Walmart n got wanted for$20 & cremo bergamot & musk $5. That cremo is a strong one and lasts a while. Aventus vibes for sure. last rack store pickup was issey miyake intense... I really dislike it.. never used much and then sold it.. but I see people recommending it.. not sure why as it is not good scent at all.. hahaha
I love it but I understand why it would be polarizing. The silage is better than smelling it up close.

another bad buy was Burberry weekend.. I used it a lot.. but never liked.. it was a time where it never occurred to look into CZcams and see if anyone talked about fragrances.. so these were really BLIND BUYS.. not even notes.. hard to make it right without any knowledge right?
