The girls already knew from the start that Jeongwoo is an I (introvert). The girls should've been more understanding. Jeongwoo made an effort despite being an introvert. He participated a lot throughout the day. Of all the things, they only saw him being quiet during their dinner. It's really not fair.
That’s exactly why I don’t understand the reason behind their decision, I can completely understand that you choose another member because you felt his charm more but don’t use that Jeongwoo is an introvert and his energy was off as an excuse to not choose him…
They shouldn't give him the mvp award in that way he wouldn't have this false hope and that would be less painful for him
Jeongwoos voice is so soothing that melts your heart

I'm with you Maria. Jeongwoo did everything. He even sing for them. What else he needs to do?
I understand that the girls might not see his charm or prefer the other members but what I don’t understand is the reason… He is trying his best and I hate seeing all his efforts go to waste just because as an introvert we run out of energy quickly…💔

I feel you, Maria. I am really disappointed of the girls for what they are asking more from woo. Like, me as an introvert, I can totally understand woo and it's not easy for us to easily open ourselves to other people and act like we are really that close for me to show my true self every single time.

Seung ji, i get her she probably wanted to talk to Yoshi but Yoshi’s short responses might made her felt that he isnt interested to her convos as the clip suggested but we all know how Yoshi is a bit shy sometimes. As for Jeongwoo.. im hurt! He may have been quiet the entire dinner time but all his efforts during 1:1 meal tine, the sports time and the 1:5 date… he made such efforts! 😢

A bit late to comment but first of all, I'm sorry about your dog. I also have two old dogs so I understand you completely. That aside, I felt so bad for Jeongwoo... I found it hard to finish the episode after that lmao the way he just stood there😭 Thank you for your reaction!
My dog is actually fine now!! She was in and out of the vet for a week, but she is okay! Thank you for the nice comment!!
It was hard to see Jeongwoo like that, when he stood there in shock, I was so sad for him... Hopefully he will get a jewel by the end of it...
This chapter literally made me very angry because in the entire chapter they highlighted Jeongwoo, EVERYONE voted him as the MVP, he sang TWO songs to them even though he is an introvert (they knew it from the beginning), he even said that he cried at home after the first day and NO ONE was able to give a fucking gem to jeongwoo???? just because he didn't speak at dinner???
Even though I felt bad for Jeongwoo and was mad at the girls for not giving him anything. I also understand where the girls are also coming from.. IT IS DIFFICULT TO GIVE A JEWEL AND RECORDER. They have their own perspectives and experience and have to choose ONE PERSON for a jewel and recorder. Unfortunately and sadly, Jeongwoo got left out and the previous day got 3 recorders. He did his best the whole day and winning the MVP, but again…yeah they acknowledge his effort and was impressed. But that does not mean that he will get a jewel at the end of the day. It is harsh, but that is the rule of the show. The other guys did such a good job and improved too with building connections/interactions with the girls. Some did better than the other which is why the guys who got jewels also deserved it. I also understand someone’s social battery can get super low especially introverted people..I also wished the girls could have understood it or gave him the benefit of the doubt. This show is a good learning experience for all the boys on how to work on their social skills and it will help them become better version of themselves in the future. 👍
BUT look at it this way, it is not better to get a pity jewel..just cuz they felt bad he might not get one. You know?? A jewel is given to the one guy who has the most impact or has the most connection with the girls. I want Jeongwoo to get a sincere jewel, a girl who really saw his charms and funny sweet sides. Does it hurt that he did not receive anything? YES. However, Jeongwoo took it like the MVP that he is and said he will do his best again in the next day. This time it seems it will be more 1 on 1 time or possibly double date time. So Jeongwoo still has a chance to get jewels. He is paired with Junghwan..the Iksan maknaes. Junghwan is doing really well too which is surprising to me. 😂
I completely agree with you, and I understand how difficult it is for the girls, they all have different personalities and like different things and Jeongwoo is not charming them as much and that is COMPLETELY FINE, but what I don’t think is understandable is the reason they gave “against” him, you have to be a bit empathetic to see that he is having a hard time and he is trying his best and I am not saying they have to give him a jewel because of that, give him one when you truly feel his charm, but don’t say he had no energy and that is the reason you are not giving him one because that’s just not fair

members has been vocal about the recorders and jewels too not just jeongwoo it's a lame excuse honestly coz partly they only judge him base on the dinner.
