    Thank you, so helpful! Especially you saying "making space for the energy to move" - my default response with anger is to get small and tight shove it down. Making space for it to move rather than making the anger wrong - such a helpful reframe.

    Thank you ❤ i don supress anger so much but I get furious after when am triggerd. So I cried very fast in this one after feeling the anger in the first exercises 🙏

    Thank you Manuela!!! This was so profoundly helpful. The energy just got so stuck and compressed in my body that I feel like I'm going to explode but then I usually just do something to suppress it because I don't know what to do with it or how to get it out. I feel so relaxed in my body after doing this!!! Will def be doing again & again. Thank you!
