I’d definitely recommend getting an appointment as it’s a horrible feeling. I was waking up every morning and feeling full of snot🤢 Hope you feel better soon, take care of yourself🤍

Julie go see your GP and ask them to test vitamin D, zinc, B12 and iron levels. Usually after a period of illness your zinc levels will be low which could be behind the congestion/inflammation. 💖

Tbh the doctors don't do much sadly. I suffer from bad allergies. And my sinuses swell up very badly with Aircon. I constantly have tissues by my side. It's just crap tbh xxx
