I was born in Wantage, about 5 minutes from Grove, so Williams has been my forever home team. 2024 will be my first ever live F1 event in Montreal after 50 years of loving the sport.
Can't wait to see Williams up close and fighting for points from T10. Go James, Alex and Logan and all the team.

I was already an albon fan and loved the straight line speed of the previous car, but with this new content you really got me as a fan!

I work for a big Tech company and their model is to be very secretively on projects from either teammates or the organization as such... This series is what exactly is needed on some many round tables regarding transparency... As mid to low level employees we need that vision of what this series represents.. "alright team this was the expectation, this happened, this how we react" but there's a clear picture of the goal... When we don't know where the goal is can be very frustrating. Obviously this is a racing business where the end goal is clear, but a lot, and I mean A LOT of leadership people can learn from Mr. Vowles approach to transparency within their team, clear communication is what builds a team not corporate "culture".

I like the music. Just listening to someone talking would be really boring.
I feel you’re underestimating how important background music is to a video. It can set the tone, pace, and engagement to the content. Removing it will make the video feel empty, incomplete, or feel something is missing. In relation to this video, I do agree with you that the background music is distracting however removing it is not the way to go. My suggestion is to make the background music quieter and choose a different track that fits Vowel’s voice more.

Love this series sooo so much. One tip for those of us who have poor vision, can James read out the question as opposed to just answering it after it's been shown on screen for a few seconds? It'd improve the experience enormously!
so informative, i learnt a lot! this level of transparency is very much welcomed and needed in the sport nowadays, it really helps to better understand what's going on behind the scenes and during the race. Those points will come eventually 💙

we saw perez blocking hamilton in abu dhabi 2021, but even with such pressure, perez didn't damaged lewis's car. however, kevin is a good guy, this was a street track, and i believe him saying that he misjudged the walls closing on alex. i hope fia will be a bit more strict anyways in the future. black flags are not made for dogs! the thing is, if it's a strategy from haas to score points by being that rude, we don't want to see that each race week-end.

In my opinion this is one of the Best TP (Team Principal) that have had Williams Racing F1. Obviously, not disrespectful for Mr. Claire Williams because fight for this team with her heart!!! I think the team is going in a good direction with him!!! Wishing all the best!!!

We need to start a GoFundMe for Williams Racing, they can't afford an Australian chassis. I'll put some money in, so long as Williams puts some of the money in making Hypercars and Supercars, road legal ofcourse. My friends and I in Monaco are sick of their boring old Paganis.
KMag did what he had to do within the rules- no fault there. Any team would've done the same. But bring back drive thru penalties. This needs to be patched.

No, it's correct. Magnussen backing the pack up legally is one thing. The fact that he did it by damaging one opponent and going off track to defend another is another thing entirely.
@@walover165 damaging Albon was before that even became the strategy. As for leaving the track, pretty sure Haas didn’t tell him to do illegal stuff. The strategy was sound. On the other hand, Magnussen was being Magnussen.
Haas outsmarted their competition. Simple as.

I am a huge James Vowles fan. But I dont quite agree with him on the Haas strategy thing. Although morally wrong, they just played by the rules and got themselves a well earnt point. Vowles should rememeber how much merc used to tap in to the flaws in FIA rules during their glory days.
Not to speak for James, but my guess is that his real issue is that Magnussen did it by driving dirty, instead of just driving slow. He crunched Albon into the wall and went off track to defend. And he never properly served his penalties for either, simply because Verstappen hadn't lapped him yet. Sargeant was robbed a spot because of that. Magnussen drove like an ass and got off scot-free.

I am so disappointed in your decision and Williams' decision to give Albon Sargeant's car after Albon's poor performance: quite unsportmanlike and disincentivizing to Sargeant.

I walk away from Australia disappointed in you. Albon did not score a point. So, what did you gain: zero points, a driver who knows you don't believe in him, and the undermining of Sargeant's side of the garage. By the way Magnuson's (last week) and Checo's (the minister of defense) tactical decision to slow down competitors is true teamwork and more sportmanlike than your decision to bench Sargeant and reward Albon's mistake.

Really disappointed in your video, not because of the contents but didn’t understand what was going on as have difficulty reading questions, could you have someone read the questions out, like Mercedes do on their CZcams explanation of their race? Also you would come in line with the disability discrimination act 2010 good luck the next race have been following Williams since the early 70s good luck in the next ride.

Such a boring race..... except for Kevin Magnussen!
James Vowles, the KING of 2 car strategies to slow down competitors, doesn’t like it when Haas does it to him. Hmmm… Too bad, so sad, James! That’s ALWAYS been used in F1.
The issue is that Magnussen did it by breaking the rules. Additionally, because of the way classification works, he got away with it virtually scot-free.
Dude is a clown, lost all respect for him when he basically said “because of our incompetence we’re in a weak financial position and that’s why there shouldn’t be an 11th team”. I hope Williams continues to fail.
