Yes, but OTM calls are better when the expiry is far away. I wouldn't take an OTM call when the expiry is nearby as theta will kill my profits. It's tricky to balance all. Price Action, momentum, the perfect strikes, and most importantly, Emotion. This is why I recommend Cash. Sit tight and wait for your target to hit. Simple. Sometimes I go with ITM strikes too, when my conviction is not that great.
I dont do equity option , i m afraid of physical settlements. What if i dont get seller or my position got stuck in order book with some glitch by broker so in that case ITM position need to be settled physical. I love to do stock options but i m afraid of physical settlements.
