Yeah, I agree. He's got good combos that can set up into his ko options and has a chain grab. Mario's edge guarding, imo is great, especially against spacies. You got back air, up air, down air, up b, and cape.
As a general rule of thumb, almost every character can shit in fox and falco, but at the end of the day the spacies can always win with better options across the board.
On fd maybe it's evenish. The chaingrab is really good there but on other stages getting the grab is 10 times harder and the rest of their kit isn't good enough to really keep up with them in neutral otherwise
