JDS' HD Revanna Gets Bail By Local Court In Kidnapping Case, Asked To Provide Bail Bond Of ₹5 Lakh

Janata Dal (Secular) MLA HD Revanna was released on bail by a local court in a kidnapping case. His son, Prajwal Revanna, is accused in a Karnataka sex scandal involving leaked obscene videos.
HD Revanna was arrested by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on May 4 and was in custody for three days. The court ordered him to provide a bail bond of ₹5 lakh.
He is the son of former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda and is alleged to have been involved in the kidnapping of a sexual assault survivor related to his son, Prajwal Revanna.
