- Mini Cyclone was a family roller coaster from Hoei Sangyo that operated at Toshimaen Amusement Park in Japan from 2009 until the park closed in 2020. Video features off-ride footage and a complete front seat POV filmed in 2009 during the ECC South Korea / Japan Trip.

It's nice that a lot of Japanese Theme Park Owners kindly let you record their rides.
They did when this was filmed (2009) but they were already getting more restrictive in their rules even back then. Possibly not so lenient nowadays?

The rollercoaster track goes over where people walk? Isn't that kid of rare, because usually when you have these small rides the entire track is enclosed in a gate, usually for safety reasons. Can't remember many times when you see the track just snake it's way over where people are walking around, and close to the ground too.
I guess it's not very common with rides of this size :-)
