This meditation changed my life. I was able to find my suppressed traumas and I met my ancestors in a beautiful jungle rainforest and I finally met my grandfather, who passed away when I was 4 and I still remember the pain I experienced when he left. I loved the background music. It really did the calming process. The rest is just LULLABY.

I have been meditating daily every morning after I get up and today was day 385. This Chakra guided Meditation that I have been doing for 2 weeks now is one of my favourite.
I can truly feel all the energy getting activated as we focus on each of the Chakras.

Thank you for a beautiful meditation. Humble request to please reduce the volume of background flute music to on the lower side🙏🏼. Flute music is very good, but lower volume would help in the meditation. Jai Gurudev 🙏🏼
